Talk to Cardiologist on High Lfts And Rfts
Asking for Mother, Female, 63 years old, Lahore
My mother had chest pain one day and then went to doctor cardiologist doing tests for safety purpose. Doctor checked lfts and rfts for safe side. Blood report showed high lfts(ALT 68,AST 39,ALP 161, Gamma GT 86,Globulin 3.8) plz tell what is the reason for these high values we are so worried plz tell. RFT report (urea59, creatinine 1.32, sodium 134)

alt 68 is not very raised , in this age group alt is usually raised due to fatty liver, which is almost normal. creat is almost in upper normal limit ,
kindly get usg abdomen/kub and Hbs Ag, Anti HCV ab done, increase water intake.
previous hx of hepatitis?
if not get an ultrasound abdomen
any medication which she is taking?
