Asking For Self, Male 22, Sargodha

My age is 22 years. I was selected in the Pakistan Navy as a sailor. When I reported to my unit, I was completely fine. However, when my medical was conducted again at the unit, they checked my blood pressure and it was 140/80. My pulse rate was also above 90. The doctors referred me to PNS Shifa Hospital for a fitness evaluation.

There, several tests were conducted: my ECG was normal, ECHO was normal, ultrasound of kidneys was also normal, and the urine test came out normal as well. However, my blood pressure remained uncontrolled and stayed above 140. They conducted an ambulatory blood pressure monitoring test, which recorded my BP for 10 hours. The average came out to be 135/85. After that, they declared me unfit.

Even now, my blood pressure usually stays above 130, and most of the time it remains around 140.
