I do feel mild chest and left shoulder/arm pain that comes and goes. I do feel palpitations sometimes at rest, too, but most noticeably when I stand up from sitting. Hand and feet remain cold. Feel nausea and light-headedness and pressure on the chest sometimes.
No history of smoking, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid, anemia or any family heart disease. Recent ECG, 48hrs Holter and ECHO 3 months old are attached.
