Talk to Cardiologist on Low HB Levels
Asking For Self, Female, 28 Years old, Karachi
I am married since 7 months and aged 28. Recently got my CBC done and here are the reports. Hemoglobin levels are low as i see. From 2-3 weeks i am exepriencing extreme fatigue, very less blood flow in periods (previous cycle) legs pain, headache, black/dark brown stools and weaknessNo matter how much I rest, i am tired and my body feels weak. What is the treatment and should i consult any doctor for this? Please suggest.

I see ur cbc report, hemoglobin not as much low, target hb 12-14g/dl ( ur hb 10.3), better to go for few investigations i.e iron profile, Vitamin B12 , RBC folate & stool DR.. for further query concerned with hematologist.. Dr Tahir Shamsi NIBD near stadium road nd expo Center karachi..
Aoa. cbc is not that bad. black/ brown stools is a concern. you need to consult in clinic for further evaluation.
Aoa. hb is below normal range but main concern is black browm stools . do ur iron profile , viral markers, LFTs ams stool DR ... and yes you need to visit a doctor with all ur reports .

yes low HB. If there are black stools, need consultation from a gastroenterologist. Stop taking pain killers. Needs treatment for low HB. Regards
