Talk to Cardiologist on Newly Diagnosed Trace Mitral Regurgitation

Assalamoalikum i want to ask for opinion from a cardiologist here, i am 29 years old having hypertension for the last 5 years,on meds, i did echo in january this year, recently I was having sob so i did echo mentioned trace MR, i have never been mentioned this before. kindly check the echo for your opinion please.

no needs to worry about trace MR thing,relax do regular exercise,eat fresh and healthy and that's all.
Nothing to worry about. Just control your blood pressure. Stay in touch with your primary cardiac physician for investigations regarding secondary causes of hypertension
there's nth to worry about trace MR.its insignificant
mild Mr is of no significance.it may be present in normal person too.Do ur lipid profile and complete check up by a consultant why you have hypertension in young age.it may be secondary HTN which need specific treatment

cholesterol is high for which i am using statin 10mg.. rest all the secondary causes, pheochromocytoma, conns, renal doppler, co arctation of aorta, thyroid profile is normal.

cholesterol is of no significance .u are taking stations wrong.if LDL is more than 190 then u need statin.otherwise it's use is not indicated
