Asking For Self, Male 37, Sialkot
I m 37 year old. my CABG was performed last Dec. 2020. I get well after CABG and started walking 6 km daily with speed 120 step per minute. After eight month of CABG l felt chest pain . My ECG was normal but TROP T test was positive. Now I feel heaviness by fast walking. my fresh CT angeo report is attached . plz recommend some treatment for me

Your grafts are patent but I think your symptoms are classic
Need to review medicines, ECHO, thallium test etc
Also if some medicines can be added to address your symptoms
optimize medical treatment if okay good otherwise needs angioplasty for circumflex.
