i am having continous pain on my left side that is heart side arm shoulder back shoulder,feeling needles type pain on left feet,hand from almost more than a year,got medication but still not effect.
That's unlikely Cardiac. Don't be Panic. Go visit a Physician and Get examined.

its nerve irritation due to poor postural alignment of body and you need Physiotherapist to cure it for long term. medication would never treat it....

If you are diabetic then keep good control of sugar ,your pain is most likely muscular but if not relieved with pain killer consult a doctor
