person-avatar

Asking For Father, Male 84, Gujar Khan

First of all sorry I recently posted this question but omitted attached reports and mentioning its right limbs that are under severe pain and swelling. Also right foot toes and right hand fingers are senseless not completely but about 70 to 80 %. He has no diabetics, no hypertension history. Liver, kidneys are working OK as per doctors and attached reports. He was prescribed with Qbal (Mecobalamin) 500mg 1+1 Remethan 50 (Diclofenac Sodium) 50mg 1+1 Tamsolin (Tamsolin HCI) 0.4mg 1 He started developing itching on forehead, eyebrows, palms, and backside of hand during intake of above medicines. So we stopped this medication. Doctors ruled out any cardiac issue stating if these symptoms would be on left limbs then it could be cardiac issue. Kindly expert advice is required should we visit a cardiologist or neurologist? Do we need an ECG done before visit please? Regards and grateful for kind advice.

You mentioned right arm swelling and pain. Swelling does not point towards heart issue. I would suggest going to neurologist.
