Talk to Cardiologist on Palpitation, Dizziness, Chest Pain

Sir I suddenly felt a sudden bump in my heart as if my heart stopped or pumped very hard for fraction of second. I came to doctor shakeel's clinic in Faisalabad about 20 days ago. My ecg, echo and ett was done. All three were normal. Doctor prescribed me medicines of muscle strain and vitamin deficiencies as at that time i was feeling shortness of breath with localized chest pain. Now i don't feel shortness of breath but i usually feel chest pain at various ares of chest sometimes on the back side near both wings, sometimes on right chest side, sometimes, on left, sometimes in the middle, sometimes in middle but feels like pain near rib bones, even sometimes on left or right rib cage end near kidney. Also while having meal or at night works, i sometimes feel light dizziness. And yesterday that bump happened. These all happened in these 20 days after checkup.
