Talk to Cardiologist on Passing Out With Shortness Of Breath Only While Exercise

i have all my test done like cardiac stress test, ecg, echo cardiogram, lipid profile, blood glucose, electrolytes but doctor said all are normal. but don't feel ok in gym i cant run more than 30 secs i got shortness of breath and passing out and I feel weird sensation in eyes. But i don't feel tightness in chest. I just feel i am gonna die. It happens when my heart rate goes up to 150 bpm. I dont feel anything when walking I just feel this when my heartrate goes up to 150bpm please help what's the problem. dr can't able to diagnose it. I consulted with vocal cord dr too but she said my symptoms are not related to vocal cord dysfunction.

Dr prescribed me tenormin which lowers heart beat. But still it happens even on 120 bpm too. It only happens while running or at gym. I am 25 years old athlete.
