Talk to Cardiologist on Persistent Tachycardia With History Of ST Elevation And Suspected Anterior Ischemia

person-avatar

Asking For Self, Male, 27 Years old, Lahore

Approximately one month ago, I underwent an ECG that showed sinus rhythm with concerning findings, including ST elevation and anterior myocardial ischemia. At the time, I also had gastrointestinal issues and underwent a CT scan of the gallbladder and intestines. Cardiac enzymes (Trop I and T) were tested and came back negative, ruling out acute myocardial infarction at that time. However, since then, I have been experiencing a persistently elevated resting heart rate between 110–140 bpm, even while lying down, along with intermittent palpitations and discomfort. All routine blood tests, including thyroid function, CBC, electrolytes, and inflammatory markers, have returned normal. Given the persistent tachycardia, prior ECG changes, and ongoing symptoms, I am concerned about possible coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, or autonomic dysfunction, and would like to request further evaluation
