Asking For Father, Male 50, Sialkot

A 50-year-old male post-CABG patient remained stable and active for the first two days after surgery. However, from the third postoperative day, the patient developed dullness, intermittent speech difficulty, forgetfulness, and occasional disorientation. Is it Normal??

if it was due to anesthesia then it would have started soon after surgery. not after 2 days
