A 50-year-old male post-CABG patient remained stable and active for the first two days after surgery. However, from the third postoperative day, the patient developed dullness, intermittent speech difficulty, forgetfulness, and occasional disorientation. Is it Normal??

Looks like a combination of delirium and perhaps a TIA . Infection should also be ruled out.
