A 50-year-old male post-CABG patient remained stable and active for the first two days after surgery. However, from the third postoperative day, the patient developed dullness, intermittent speech difficulty, forgetfulness, and occasional disorientation. Is it Normal??

Its not normal. The symptoms are suggestive of Stroke. Needs Neuro consult after CT brain
