We all Cardiologist on this forum or any Cardiologist preferably in your locality can help you. Check FBC ESR, or CRP for disease monitoring. Your cardiologist will give you aspirin high doses with monitoring for response and toxicity. That will promptly give symptoms relief. Augmentin is good enough. Long term Benzathine penicillin will be required.
Please Have fresh echo,CBC and PT INR ,CRP &ASOT test done.i will also recommend X-RAY CHEST and probably Covid 19 test in the current scenario.You can consult Prof Dr.jahangir Sheikhit at Faisal Hospital Faisal Abad. Needs to rule out Recurrent RF,INFECTIVE ENDOCARDTIS.

sir benzibiotic 1.2 also giving every month and ascard 75mg also morning and evening 1 tab and spiromide 40mg febrol for temperature also but temperature is still 102-101-100 daily
