can I take concor 2.5 half tablet daily bcz I am for 1 and half yrarr 2.5 complete tablet now my heart rate becomes 60 most of times and I am feeling very low and can I take olride 25mg with concor for my anxiety

Almost 2 years before suddenly bleeding starts from my nose and I have heard beep sound from my ears. I was feeling too much panic my heart beats very fast doctors told me that it was panic attack and anxiety. I rok pills of anxiety at least two months feels better but not completely. But after that suddenly my BP goes up 101/170 and heart beats goes to 125 I mostly after breakfast or lunch

Alhamdo Lilah ecg normal I was on inderal 10mg for one year but doctor recommend me too times a day but heart beat comes too 54 or 55 soo I told that I cannt6take two times so he recommended me concor 2.5 so I am taking this for 1 And half year this tablet really effect my condition and feeling very much better but now I am feeling very low very week and heart beat comes to 60 mostly and pain in my left hand under arms so doctor advice me to take half of it daily
