Talk to Cardiologist on Triple Vessel Heart Disease With Moderate Stenosis In Arctic Value.

Hello
My father experienced a heart attack 5 days ago. After that he undergone angiography , and inagiography cardiac surgery was recommended instead of stents as back in 2017 2 stenting were already done to him.
In echo moderate stenosis in arctic value is also seen . So, some doctors are recommending CABG alone and some are recommending CABG with value replacement. Can someone help me here..

Usually if Aortic stenosis (causing LVH and sufficient gradient )and triple vessel disease exists side by side then CABG and vessal grafting is done in the same session. please share the echo and angiography report for a more qualified answer.
