the results of troponin I are not normal, and the patients needs careful monitoring..please take the patient to a nearby emergency

yes we did that and they are saying for angiography and they gave then ascard and disperin tablets but the thing is that my father is slim and he did not complaint before that any chest pain and he has disease of restless legs and due to this his sleep was not proper so he went hospital and take kinz injection is it due to kinz inj side effect?

no inj kinz is a narcotic pain killer , and has sedative effect but should not be used for restless legs , it also has no efffect on troponin i value, troponin i is specifically for cardiac damage ,
~heart attack can occur in thin lean patients aswell, ( depends on many factors,family history etc)and majority of patients discover it suddenly, regarding the restless legs , do check the diabetic status , of your father .
get angiography done as suggested by doctors.
this will help assess the disease severity

if your father is having no symptoms at present , then you can wait for monday ,
however if the chest pain is still there ,you can always go to emergency dept as emergency dept is open 24/7.

high senstive troponin shows if there is damage to heart due to heart attack. This test is raised when there is cardiac ischaemia.

raised troponin...medical opinion is coronary angiography nothing else....but if you want to validate your own beliefs then this is not the right forum....

but heart disease is possible with normal ECG

yes he is admitted in aga khan hospital and after doing angio they are saying that his 1 valve is blocked and 2 blocks were blocked 50 50% and they are saying for bypass surgery

we also consulted with tabba hoapital dr's and they are saying that if you want to do transcathter aortic valve (TAVI) we can do without aurgery now please suggest what should we do bypass or TAVI
