Talk to Chiropractor on Neck Right Shoulder And Right Arm Pain

Three weeks ago when i got up in the morning i had severe neck pain . I was unable to move my head . I took panadol and simple massage but in one weeks time it grew worse . Now i have pain in neck, right shoulder and recently in right arm as well . I went to hospital they said its muscle pain . My medication included artifen twice a day , pcam gel for massage and movax tablet once a day . But nothing has improved , my pain has increased a lot . Kindly guide me
