You need to get this wisdom tooth out .. and go for a proper root cana therapy on the other tooth get a cap over it to prolong its life .. hope thats help ful

Nahi agar multiple teeth involved houn multiple teeth ki extraction ho to may b ye ho jaye after many years but aik dant se aisa kuch ne hota and baki danto ko kuch ni hota is say ye akhri darh hoti ha is se itna farak ni parta .. expenses depend on your area and the expertise of tge doctor
