Attaching the picture of the would/cut. Got into an accident and got this injury. The doctor applied cotton dipped in pyodine for time being as it was bleeding. Did not tell to do bandage. Just said to wash it with Pyodine. Now there is swelling under my eye brow, what should I do and how do I avoid scar and mark ? Do I need to cover it or let it be free ?

leave it open start antibiotic and pain killer with topical antibiotic.
Take oral antibiotic & apply fucicort cream twice daily to prevent scar formation.
visit plastic surgeon as it needs stitching and apply cold compresses.

Keep taking oral antibiotic
Plus apply fuskin H cream
For scar later on use contractubex as long as the mark is v good
You can apply calendumed cream
it's a scar or may be have become hypertrophic scar or keloid. Treatment cannot be suggested without first examining it.
