If ur acne is severe ,u should be started on oral isotretinoin
it cannot be given without proper history, examination n investigations.
It require a proper follow up as well.
U should consult a dermatologist.

There are different types of acne. My suggestion is that you visit my clinics in person for clinical evaluation and treatment.
