Talk to Dermatologist on Acne, Blackheads ,whiteheads Bumpy Skin

I have acne prone sensitive combo skin. I have acne on my face and neck for a long time. Acne has no pus but i keep getting new pimples too every now and then. My acne becomes itchy sometimes. I have bumpy forehead and acne on my whole face and neck. Also have blackheads and whiteheads and underneath acne. I went to derma they suggested me salicylic acid facewash 2% and niacinamide serum. It did controlled the condition but not fully. How can I get rid of acne and get clear skin
