I am very scared. Please help me.

I have comedonal acne. My dermatologist prescribed isotretinoin 20 mg twice daily and doxycycline 100 mg twice daily.

After using this medication for one month, I started feeling dizzy, with headaches and blurry vision. My dermatologist told me to stop doxycycline and continue isotretinoin only. However, the symptoms did not improve.

After one week, he asked me to stop isotretinoin for one week. Now I have started getting pimples again.

Is it safe to restart isotretinoin after a week? Will it still be effective?
