Assalam u aalaikum,
I was having severe acne , white heads and comedonal acnes over my entire face. Dermatologist prescribed me to use zinacef ( twice a day for 20 days) and dalacin t lotion.
I am still using dalacin t lotion most of the acne has gone but I have scars on my face and when I touch the scars I feel like there is ahard bump beneath every scar.
And after every other day I still get pimples and acne on the same spots even when I am using dalacin t lotion ( twice a day)
What should I do to get rid of acne and scars? Can anyone help?

Acne treatment is according to the severity. Hormonal imbalance also needs to be checked.
Continue Dalacin T lotion twice a day on affected area of pimples
Clear cream on alternate night on affected area only, in a very small amount and gently apply, don't rub vigorously otherwise it will irritate, if it irritates stop using it
Defyderm moisturizing serum incase of dryness
