These are comedones rather than marks.
Apply Clear cream on alternate night on affected area only in a very small amount and gently apply, don't rub vigorously otherwise it will irritate, if it irritates stop using it
Defyderm moisturizing serum incase of dryness
Acne marks require procedures like peel, laser etc done in multiple sessions for skin resurfacing.
