Asking for Self, Male, 17 years old, Near Arbab Niaz stadium

I have oily, sensitive skin that reacts easily to products, especially perfumes, causing inflammation and itching. I’m unsure about what to use for active acne and acne marks. I don't have many acne scars, but I’ve been using silicone gel on them, which doesn't seem to be effective. I took Adoxa tablets for 3 months; initially, they worked well, but the acne returned, possibly due to bacterial resistance to the antibiotic. Could you advise me on an effective treatment?

I've struggled with acne for four years, experiencing periods of clear skin followed by breakouts. I tried doxycycline and azelaic acid as prescribed by a dermatologist, but I stopped doxycycline due to its impact on my mental health. I also tried salicylic acid, niacinamide, and benzoyl peroxide as a spot treatment, but none had lasting effects. Benzoyl peroxide helped, but it increased my skin's sensitivity to sunlight, so I discontinued it. Now, I only use sunscreen,I usually get acne on my face, but sometimes I also have breakouts on my back and arms. I think this might be related to testosterone, especially since I once tried a natural testosterone-boosting pill for muscle gain and broke out with five pimples overnight after just one dose. I’ve never done any MEDICAL TESTING for hormones, but it seems like my acne may be linked to hormonal changes and body heat.
