I have combination skin. I have red bumps some are flat and some are slightly raised on both of my cheeks, on one of my cheek I had inflammatory bump pimple that took a week to go away and it turned into a red spot. But apart from that, I have red pimples or bumps on my cheeks, why is this? I use a normal cleanser and I moisturize with sunscreen. Is this irritation is my skin barrier damaged or is it acne? How to treat it? Should I use Azelaic acid or will it sensitize my skin more? What to do to treat it, what ingredients will be helpful? Or creams, etc.
