Talk to Dermatologist on ACNE PROBLEM FOR FIVE YEARS

I have had acne problem for five years. I had many checkups from high ranked specialists of skin. But, they just provide me Medicines, jels, soaps, face washes. and I didn't get any benefit from these. now, I am posting my problem because I want a quick solution if possible, like surgery or using acids please guide me.

This is nodulocystic acne and it can lead to scarring of face. This kind of acne needs oral and topical treatments. Sadly There is no quick fix.
