Talk to Dermatologist on Acne Scar Treatment

I am female 27 years old unmarried. I had acne scars since teenage and till date I get pimples usually once a month (one or two pimples on cheeks). I also have acne scars on face specially on both cheeks. I live in lahore pakistan and I am so concerned about my treatment. I am confused which doctor to choose. Which treatment to have. I was prescribed with isotretinoin 20 mg which I used for one month but I caused severe joint pain. I also had 2 sessions of microneedling with prp but couldn't see any significant improvement. Please tell me what to do
