Talk to Dermatologist on Acne Vulgar

Hello, myself Saad. I am having acne vulgaris from 3 years. It includes many whiteheads, bumps on whole my face. I can't face anyone like this and am very depressed. I tried every medicines,lotions,creams prescribed by different dermatologists but it didn't worked as only initial days of using every medicine resulted in decrease of acne but even using the medicine acne later came back on track :(. But I have a hope that it will be cleared after 1 year because my 1year elder sister too got acne at her 16.5 age as well as me and now when she is 20.5 age old she got completely cleared skin giving me hope that same will be my fate. And my last hope too :(
