I am suffering from acne around 2 years and i stops whenever i stop eating sugar nd fast food whenever i eat something like this i have so much breakouts i have tried antiobiotics azithromycin and doxycycline and also topical cream benzoyl peroxide 5% it is not going away should i stary isotretinion

Ok first thing there’s no relation of any food with acne,but still should take balanced diet,drink plenty of water,also when was the last time you had your oral antibiotics and bezoyl peroxide?

i took doxycycline for 6 months and recently took azithromycin for 15days and i am using benzoyl peroxide daily

Yes u can try oral Isotretinoin but u need to consult a dermatologists for your skin examination, assess severity of acne, take detailed history, add topical treatment, suggest dosage and duration of treatment and follow up for few months to see how u tolerate the medicine.
