I have acnes on my face from 6 years and I visited alot if dermatologists but it doesn't effect so this time I decided to stop visiting more doctors but I wanna ask for some home treatment or maybe some remedies so plz tell me what should I do to get rid of acnes

Acne is a specific disorder of the pilosabaceous unit influenced by the hormones. It's best treated with anti-acne preparations both oral and topical initially and later only with topical preparations and is kept under control with them.
I have no idea the Dermatologist you were consulting were qualified Dermatologist or not.
For home treatment of acne you will have to consult your friends, your neighbours and your family members.
For proper acne treatment you will have to consult.a qualified and experienced Dermatologist.
