Talk to Dermatologist on Active Acne On Face, Nose And Forehead

Respected doctors,
I have been facing acne issue for year . I have attached my face picture with this post so the face condition can be seen. I have active acne, let's say if an acne grow on my cheek and gets healed after a week then another acne will grow on another spot on face or forehead and it keeps happening for almost a year. Due to this reason I have so many acne scars on my face. I got myself checked from dermatologist and they suggested medicines which didn't work at all. I have tried, syrums, face wash, different sops even tried bessan but nothing worked at all.
What should I do? please help
