Talk to Dermatologist on Allergy After Injury

Last week I got a deep cut on my right-hand finger and I just used to cotton bandage and pyodine for 3 days. but now for 2-3 days, I have to face severe allergies, itchiness and I just like to rub my finger but can't rub. also have swelling on my finger and even i can't fold properly feels a little bit pain in cut and no sensation over allergic area ( like sun h finger jesy kisi chez k nechy dab gai ho). what i should do know plz guide me.. thank you
