Asking for Self, Male, 21 years old, Rawalpindi
I had Baalchar (Alopecia) in 2020. When I moved from my city to another city, this disease started. After that, it persisted for 2-3 years. I received a lot of treatment, but it didn't provide relief. Eventually, it healed on its own. Now, It has reappeared in 2024, and I'm very worried about it. Please suggest a treatment for this

Inj. Triamcinolone use houta hai but dekhna parega kay scarring alopecia na ho. Agar scarring alopecia hua tau phr prognosis (yani disease recovery) is less likely.
