I am 22 year old boy.... i am facing acne about last 5 years..... I went to many skin specialists, all of them suggest me antibodies medicine that i am taking 6 to 8 month every year but all in veins because i Does not see any kind of improvement than someone tell me about Arynoin 20 gm because i have a lot of acne marks and pus pimples on my forhead that doesn't response to any kind of medicine and gel or cream. So, i am taking aryoin 20 gm daily butfrom last 15 days, can i increase the dosage to 20mg to 40 mg (20 mg in moring or 20 mg in evening) because my weight is around about 85 kg. Please also suggest me medicine for black serve acne marks that on my forehead... pimples to 2 din ma chaly jatay hain but mark to janay ka naam hi ni latay.
