Few weeks back I observed a blackish brown spot on my breath at areola area of my breast, there was also itching and it will like flack on that spot. I don't have any lump, no pain no difference in breast size no nipple discharge. I consulted my gynecologist, she check my both breasts and arm pit area by pressing with fingers and gave me polyfex cream to apply for 3 times day. After 2-3 days I was feeling better itching was reduced so I finished applying polyfex But after 1-2 weeks I am again feeling itching and there is spot still there. Is it breast eczema? I am so much concerned about it as these days listening message regarding breast cancer day and night on phone Needs doctor advice as I have so much anxiety
single most imp cause of nipple ecz is infestations. plz book appointment to rule out cause after examination and proper treatment

I got it examined by my gynecologist she checked both breast by pressing from her fingers, there is no symptoms related to breast cancer, but I have anxiety please confirm any thing to worry

I understand your concern but again I can't say for certain it's nature without examining it. I have not given any alarming point in your description so far. After examining u can guide u better. But it sounds less likely. Allergies are a more common problem.

respected pt i know what is aerola but we descibe the condition as nipple eczema. yes it can spread and involve other family members. in feststions are contsgious but treatable. it would be better to get examined so thst diagnosis can be estsblished a d confition treatex
