hello! from last 2 years I am facing back ance chest acne bcz of some medicine side effects I got typhoid uske bad mujha kafi drips and medicine khani pari i am very depressed mujha isotretinoin bikul suit ni ki because I have stomach issue maine bhot herbal chezein use ki hai do months temporary fark parta chezo se lkin permanently ni please any one have any solution ? I can't sleep because yeh tension sone ni deti kbhi zaida ho jate kbhi kaam isotretinoin bhot heavy drug hai meri body phela hi typhoid se bhot hairfall and many other thing please maine kafi doctors ko b check krwaya topical b use kiyeh hai in oral I eated azomx temporarily it works

no I am not taking any medication yes I have active acne with pain little bit next morning bikul thk ho jate hai it comes near to periods ? every one is giving me isotretinoin I book through marham she also arynoin there no other solution for it bcz it not suits me ?
