Consult with dermatologist
Use benzoyle perixide based wash or soap daily (or twice daily in summer) to wash body and underarms such as benzacide soap or eknil bar. Use an anti perspirant at night after washing underarms. Its easily available in the grocery stores. If anti perspirant is not available use alum stone or phatkari on underarms once to twice daily. Change clothes daily. Take shower daily and wash your underarms before bed time and then Apply pharkari.
