Hello asalam o alekum …. I have noticed in my head from almost 8-10 months that something like small ball or cyst in my head but I never seen in mirror I thought it mite be scalp dead skin but today I saw in the mirror it like a small ball like texture and cyst like so please suggest me best treatment is it possible to treat without surgery
