It looks like fungal infection of the nail plate. But it can only be diagnosed with certainty after examination. It is advised to consult a Dermatologist in your area.

Looks like traumatic Onycholysis ( Separation of nail from its attachment below with nail bed). Probably after wearing of tight shoes.
Doesn't appear to be fungal infection
