Talk to Dermatologist on Body Acne / Pimples

I get body acne very easily everyday there are new pimples. Clycin T has helped a lot but whenever i leave it the acne comes back. On shoulders, back, buttocks. I got hormones test done everything is okay Alhamdulillah. What could be the reason? Any guidance?
