Talk to Dermatologist on Body Itching

I got married in October 2025. From March, I'm getting extreme itching all over my body which results in small red bumps. I went to a dermatologist and she said you have a bug-bites allergy. She asked me to clean your room, change bedsheets etc and gave me medicine but it's not going. We have 3 cats as well at home. One doctor said maybe you have flea allergy but I have taken every precaution to get rid of this allergy but it is not going the red bumps continue are making all over my body. Please suggest me what to do
