Talk to Dermatologist on Boil/Acne On Scalp

Hi Doctors. I have never experienced something like this ever. There is no pain, no discharge. I have scratched it multiple times may be due to this it has turned into zakham type. It is less than pea sized shaped. Need your suggestions! Please zoom the picture. Thanks
