A.O.A I had notice two brown spots near my forehead a week ago they are increasing. Kindly suggest me. Is this because of eating fish?

W/s..not at all dear. fish is good for skin.Use sunscreen properly as sun rays are a main culprit of skin damage,though the damage that has been done can be reversible through prescribed medications after examination.Good day!
