Asking For Self, Female 20, Quetta
Hi, doctors!
I’ve developed dry, rough bumps on my face over the past 2 days. They burn when I apply anything (moisturizer, sunscreen), but barely itch. The bumps are in the same spots and this has never happened before.
Here’s my recent skincare & exposure history:
Using Neobrella sunscreen (new product) since October
Since July, been using Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, Adapalene, and Skinoren on alternate days
High sunlight exposure in the mornings (I stay outdoors)
Could you please advise what this might be and how I should treat it?
I have attached some pictures for reference.
Thanks!

Your skin barrier is compromised. U should add a good moisturiser in your routine. Stop the use of adaplene/skinoren until your patches are gone and skin barrier is restored. Then add them back again slowly applying moisturizer 10 minutes after their use.
