Burn Wound

Question

My leg got burnt with laptop charger two months ago. The wound is still there. The skin has hardened from mid of wound but sides are swelled and there is a discharge from the wound now.

Please let me know if there\'s a need to do anything and if it\'s healing or not. there\'s itching near the wound
