Talk to Dermatologist on Case Of Chronic Vertigo

my sister has vertigo for last 1 year she always complain about spinning of head its not positional it happens at anytime either sleeping or walking. She misses stair sometimes and has fallen multiple causing sprain. She takes medicines of migraine which includes an NSAID, Propranolol and An SSRI duloxetine. She has taken ebastine, serc and all antihistamines but she doesn’t recover from vertigo. I am a doctor too recently graduated. I think she might be having Vestibular Migraine that is causing her vertigo but vertigo is not related to her migraine its a unified symptom. Dix Hallpike Maneur cause her vertigo and left and right but nystamus is not present which excludes BPVV. She sometimes complaints of ringing sensation in hear and audiometery and tympanometry shows mild hearing loss, indicating Meniers disease. We are just helpless to find a cure for her vertigo can anyone please please guide me regarding her Vertigo. All baselines ECG, ECHO, CXR Thyroid profile are normal.
