Talk to Dermatologist on Cellulits(dermatology)

it was swelling and inflammation on my penis head and around Corona or rim of penis gland and the skim was red,,i went to dermatologist after analyzing my penis head he said you have developed cellulits according to him it might be a result of unprotective sex with someone but in reality I never sex in past 3 years, I think it was result of sweating in my underwear all day in office ,dermatologist gives me a cream fusidic H and levofloxacin 500 mg antibiotic daily and fluconazole 150mg weekly for 15 days ,,,after 15 days there was little improment but little ,,again he gives me the same medicines for 15 days,,after that I went to him after analyzing my penis head he gives me ciprofloxacin 500 mg and fluconazole 150mg for 1 month ,,I just did what he says after that my condition was better now last day I went to him I am worried why he is giving me the same course for 1 month and also he gives me a anti depression tablet for 30 days,,,I have notices that he is much interested in earni
