Talk to Dermatologist on Chin And Upper Lips Acne

I've acne on my chin and uper lips from last 6-8 years.till 18 i didn't use anything except clysin T lotion.After 18 i use medication by dermatologist. From last 3 years i use medications.in 2025 i use vibramycin and adapco gel and delacin T lotion from June-september. I got rid of acne temporarily but it hits back now. It's peak time is before my periods date. Sometimes i got acne on whole face but it's rare . But i got acne on chin and uper lips all the time. Please suggest medicine+Facewash+moisturizer+sunscreen.
