Talk to Dermatologist on Comedonal Acne

I have been getting pimples since I went on umrah in 2024 before it I had clear skin Now I do not have bacterial acne but a lot of small uniform bumps and acne marks with some pits on my face The previous dermat prescribed me zini ac serum in day benclin at evening and adapelene at night but somehow the bumps have increased rapidly in areas where I do not normal get acne like jawline mostly these pimples and bumps are on my upper cheeks what should I do??
